- Preserving the university reputation and prestige in all publications and advertisements planned for initiatives.
- The supervisor of the initiative is a faculty member or an administrator of the college.
- Implementation initiative supervisor commitment to present publications and brochures of the initiative to the head of the unit to take approval for publication.
- Initiatives are lifted on the unit e-mail 4 weeks before proposed implementation date.
- Compliance with the regulations and regulations of the university in case of cooperation with entities outside the university.
- Obligation to submit a report after the end of the match on the units email not exceeding two weeks from the date of completion.
- To provide a survey of beneficiaries in the initiative implemented and to include the results of the survey in the report submitted to the volunteerism coordinator after the implementation of the initiative.
